At KITRUSH, refunds are only available if you receive the wrong football jersey/kit or the wrong size compared to your order.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Please email kitrushstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the item received.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong jersey/kit or the wrong size compared to your order, contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong jersey/kit or the wrong size compared to your order. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, where applicable.

Please contact us at kitrushstore@gmail.com before sending any item back. We will provide instructions once your request has been reviewed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we verify the issue, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds will be arranged using an appropriate method agreed with the customer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or any other reason outside the conditions stated above, subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
