All KITRUSH orders are final sale unless there is an issue caused by us.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, or choosing the wrong size when the correct size was sent.
When We Offer a Refund or Exchange
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

You received a different size from the size you ordered.

You received a different kit or product from what you ordered.

Your order is missing an item that you paid for.

Your item arrives damaged or defective.
If the issue was caused by KITRUSH, we will review the order and determine the appropriate solution.
Wrong Size or Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong size or a different product from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:

A photo of the item you received.

A photo showing the size or product details.

A brief description of the issue.
After we verify the issue, we may offer a replacement/exchange or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
If You Chose the Wrong Size
Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
If you ordered a size yourself and we sent the same size you selected, we do not offer a refund or exchange simply because the size does not fit as expected.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, no longer want the item, or decide you would prefer a different kit.
